Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling

Designed for persons already holding a Bachelor’s degree, this program provides the following for the successful student:

  • Phase One:
    • Certified Temperament Counselor certificate
    • Clinical Member (non-clergy) or Professional Clinical Member (clergy) certificate
  • Phase Two:
    • Licensed Pastoral Counselor certificate
  • Phase Three
    •  Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor certificate
    •  Appropriate Advanced Certification for selected specialty areas completed and
    •  Master of Arts degree in Clinical Christian Counseling

Course Overview, Fees, and Requirements

The below prospectus is designed to provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost of obtaining a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling.

This program provides you with the combination of a license (Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor) and a Master of Arts Degree.  This level of education is typical of those who enter private practice.  Most candidates complete this process in one to two years.  The program must be completed within ten years.

The requirements for completion include completing 15 Courses. Seven of these are required (Phase 1 & 2) and eight are elective (Phase 3).

There is a minimum 100 page thesis based on the practicum of 25 APS reports and the Temperament Case Studies course.

Pricing and courses are subject to change. There is a $5.00 processing fee per course. Shipping fees on your workbooks will vary per shipment.

There is a $1,500.00 transfer fee to the accrediting university upon completion of the degree.
